Elantra Hybrid The 2025 Hyundai Elantra introduces several trim updates, with the SEL becoming SEL Sport and the addition of a new Sport HEV trim.The 2025 Hyundai Elantra is available in multiple trim levels: SE, SEL Sport, SEL Convenience, N Line, Limited, and performance-focused N, plus hybrid variants including Blue HEV, Sport HEV, and Limited HEV.
Powertrain options include a 2.0L gasoline engine producing 147 horsepower, a 1.6L turbocharged engine making 201 hp, and hybrid versions pairing a 1.6L engine with an electric motor for a combined 139 hp. Power is delivered to the front wheels through various transmissions: an Intelligent Variable CVT Transmission (IVT) on standard models, a 6-speed manual on the Elantra N, a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission on the N Line, and a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission on hybrid models. The Elantra N also offers an available 8-speed wet dual-clutch transmission.
Interior technology has been updated for 2025 the interface has been refined for simpler operation, with all radio functions including SiriusXM accessible from a single screen. Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity is standard.
Standard features across the lineup include LED daytime running lights, dual USB ports, Bluetooth connectivity, and a comprehensive suite of safety technologies. Higher trims add amenities such as heated seats, dual-zone climate control, premium audio systems, and enhanced driver assistance features.
The hybrid Elantra models deliver impressive fuel economy, with the Blue HEV achieving up to 54 mpg combined. The Sport HEV offers a more engaging driving experience while still delivering an estimated 50 mpg combined. The Elantra N performance model maintains its enthusiast appeal with a 2.0L turbocharged engine producing 276 horsepower, electronically controlled suspension, and performance-oriented features like a limited-slip differential.
Safety features remain a focal point for the 2025 Elantra. The model includes Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist with Pedestrian Detection, which uses a forward-mounted camera to monitor the road and can engage the brakes in emergency situations to prevent accidents. Lane Keeping Assist is standard across the lineup and applies subtle steering corrections if it detects the vehicle wandering out of its lane at speeds above 40 mph.

Kona Electric The Hyundai Kona electric was redesigned in 2024, it adds a new N Line trim for 2025 but otherwise carries over with minimal changes.Hyundai's designers managed the tough task of bringing the charm of the Kona's exterior design to the cabin while maintaining comfort and convenience. Quality materials, good ergonomics, and comfortable seats feel grown up and refined but not out of step with the Kona's funkadelic outward appearance.
The Kona Electric is powered by a single electric motor that produces 201 horsepower and has the added benefit of producing zero tailpipe emissions. The electric motor smoothly delivers instant torque for quick acceleration.
When plugged in to a regular home outlet the Kona Electric will charge to 100% capacity in 9.5 hours however at charging stations, DC fast chargers can power up to an estimated 80% in under an hour. The Kona Electric has a range of 200 to 261 miles per charge depending on the trim level.
The Kona Electric comes in three trims the SE, SEL, N Line and Limited all with an extensive list of standard equipment. Santa Fe Hybrid After a redesign in 2024 the Santa Fe and Santa Fe Hybrid carryover with minimal changes for 2025.The 2025 Santa Fe is powered by a 2.5L turbocharged 4-cylinder making 277 horsepower. With power equivalent to or better than many of the V6 engines in its class, the Santa Fe returns great fuel economy while also offering plenty of torque for highway onramps and passing situations.
The Santa Fe is available in five trim levels SE, SEL, Limited, and Calligraphy while the all-wheel drive model adds the XRT trim. The Santa Fe has plenty of standard equipment even the base SE model comes with features such as 18-inch wheels, air conditioning, a tilt/telescoping leather steering wheel, 4 USB ports, a 12.3-inch touchscreen display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Bluetooth streaming, LED daytime running lights and a body-colored rear spoiler.
The XRT adds black exterior accents, a navigation system, heated front seats, wireless device charging, and a mobile hotspot.
The Limited adds a power sunroof, roof rails, a second-row fixed glass roof, 20-inch wheels, ventilated power front seats, heated rear seats, leather upholstery, memory settings, a 12-speaker sound system, and a 12.3-inch gauge cluster.
The Calligraphy has larger brakes, power folding mirrors, 21-inch wheels, an auto-dimming rear view mirror, bucket rear seats, ambient lighting, a garage door system, 6 USB ports, a head-up display, surround view cameras, and left and right blind spot view.

The Santa Fe HEV is powered by a 1.6L turbocharged four-cylinder engine mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission. The electric motor increases the horsepower from 178HP to 231HP. The Santa Fe HEV is available in three trim levels, SEL, Limited and Calligraphy. All three trims come standard with heated front seats, cruise control with stop and go, climate control, an HD radio with satellite, Bluetooth connectivity, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, wireless device charging, and 4 USB ports.
The Limited and Calligraphy trims add dual sunroofs, power folding mirrors, 20-inch wheels, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, ventilated power front seats, leather seats, memory settings, ambient lighting, a 12-speaker system, integrated navigation, garage door transmitter, a 120V AC power outlet, 6 USB ports, a 12.3-inch gauge cluster and surround view cameras.

Sonata Hybrid The Sonata gets an updated trim lineup but otherwise carries over with minimal changes while the Sonata Hybrid rolls with the same trim lineup.Powering the Hyundai Sonata is a 2.5L 4-cylinder engine making 191 horsepower while the second engine is a turbocharged 2.5L 4-cylinder unit making 290 horsepower. An 8-speed automatic is the only transmission option. Hyundai claims anywhere from 36 mpg to 38 mpg on the highway depending on trim.
Four trims are available on the front-wheel drive Sonata SE, SEL, SEL Convenience and N Line while the all-wheel drive is only available in SEL. Standard features across the lineup include LED headlights and daytime running lights, 16-inch wheels, air conditioning, an HD satellite radio, a 6-speaker sound system, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, adaptive cruise control, a 12V DC power outlet, wireless device connectivity, and 4 USB ports.

The Hybrid Sonata comes in two trims SEL and Limited all powered by a 2L 4-cylinder engine that's mated to a 6-speed automatic transmission that makes 150 horsepower. When combined with the electric motor there is an increase to 192 horsepower.
Standard features on the hybrid Sonata include 17-inch wheels, heated side mirrors, automatic dual-zone climate control, heated front seats, intelligent cruise control, selective service internet connectivity, a 12.3-inch touchscreen, 4 USB ports, wireless device charging and Bluetooth connectivity.
